How can I bring buyers to my listings?
Once you have listed some books for sale, there are three main ways to draw people to your sales.
1) You may set a campus location if you are located on a campus. This means that all of your listed books will appear on that campus' page on the site. You can set this by logging in, going to "My Books" (in the top menu), and looking for the link to set a location.
2) Every seller has a URL that is customized for them. For instance, if your username is Alex, then your email is alex@helpimpoor.com and your personal URL is http://helpimpoor.com/Alex. Give this link to friends, share it on Facebook (there's a convenient button for that on your "My Books" page!), etc. Then your friends and contacts will see just the books you are selling!
3) You may also create or join a private group. Groups are created by one person and can only be joined by being given the link - so if you have a group of friends, homeschool group, etc. that wish to share their listings as a group, this can be a great option!
